Oga Room is a complete apartment designed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. It features a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, ideal for couples, business travelers or groups of up to 4 guests.
We are located on Avda. Ykuá Karanday in Luque, approximately 2 km from Silvio Pettirossi International Airport — especially convenient for early departures or late arrivals. It's ideal for both long and short stays, if you like having your own fully-equipped space in a comfortable building with more than 10 amenities.
You will also be within easy reach of Asunción's main financial district, CONMEBOL headquarters, Paseo La Galería and Shopping del Sol. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and growing, with green areas, shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
About 400 meters away there is a Biggie — a Paraguayan chain of 24-hour convenience stores — and also a Biggie Farma, its pharmacy, likewise open 24 hours: very handy for buying food, drinks or anything you need at any time. The apartment includes everything you need, plus a large wardrobe that makes it particularly comfortable for longer stays.

No. To confirm your reservation you must pay at least 25% of the total in advance. You can pay the 25% deposit (and the remaining 75% at check-in) or 100% up front.
